- Refrain from discussing, admitting, rejecting, or negotiating any claims without written permission.
- Always act as if you are uninsured to try and minimise the loss as much as possible.

- Inquire about the expected processing timeline and any additional required steps.
- Carefully review the details provided by the insurance company after claim processing.
- Check the outcome, coverage, and any compensation offered.
